1.1 These terms and conditions govern the participation to the competition at www.wienerfahrradschau.at. Additionally, they define how personal data of participants will be used.
1.2 By participation, participants accept these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility to participation
2.1 Only natural persons that have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate i the competition.
2.2 Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Prizes are non-redeemable.
2.3 Staff and employees at Berliner Fahrradschau GmbH, Event Company GmbH and partners are exluded from the competition.
2.4 Participation does not require a purchase.
3.1 The competition starts on 03.10.2016 and ends on 14.10.2016 at 23:59.
3.2 Participation is only possible through the Competition web form at www.wienerfahrradschau.at.
4.1 Winners will be randomly selected from the list of all entries sent in during the participation interval (see point 3).
4.2 Every participant can only enter one entry. Multiple entries will be removed before selection of winners.
5.1 The following prizes will be given away:
5.1.1. A stay for 2 persons at the Hotel am Brilliantengrund (20./21.10.16), 2x 3-day-tickets for the Wiener Fahrradschau and bike goodies. (1st Prize).
5.1.2. 2x 3-day-tickets for the Wiener Fahrradschau and bike goodies (2nd prize).
5.1.3. 2x 3-day-tickets for the Wiener Fahrradschau (3rd prize).
5.2. Travel to Vienna or to the Marx Halle is not covered by the prizes. Participants must take care of all travelling arrangements themselves.
5.3. Prizes cannot be redeemed, the stays at the hotel cannot be moved to a different date.
5.4. Prizes cannot be given to someone else by the winners.
5.5. Winners will be notified by email. Participants are responsible for submitting a valid and correct email address. If a winner does not reply within 72 hours of notification, a different winner will be selected from all valid entries.
5.6. Prizes can be collected at the counter of the Wiener Fahrradschau from 21.10. on (during opening hours of the show). Please bring the Win notification when collecting your prize.
5.7. All decisions are final without possibility of recourse to legal action.
6. Data protection regulations
6.1 In order to participate, submitting personal information is necessary. Participants consent to the usage, storage and processing of this information for the completion of the competition. Furthermore, participants consent to receiving messages by electronic mail at the email address they specify by Berliner Fahrradschau GmbH as far as this is necessary for the implementation of the competition. If participants do not consent to this, they will automatically be excluded from the competition.
6.2 All personal information that has been submitted during the competition will be used, stored, processed and given to partners by the Berliner Fahrradschau GmbH only for the reason of implementing the competition. The Berliner Fahrradschau GmbH will adhere to all applicable privacy and data regulations. After the competition is completed, all data will be immediately and irretrievably deleted.
